Registered Builders are members of the Builders Association of Bowling Green - professionals whose primary business is the construction of new homes and/or the remodeling of existing homes. To qualify for membership, applicants must adhere to our Code of Ethics and meet several stringent requirements.

    So, why should you hire a Registered Builder? To become Registered Builders, the builders must satisfy a long list of stringent requirements. They must submit to a credit report, and it must be found exemplary by the Board. They must offer written warranties on their work. They must have workers' compensation insurance. They must agree to a conciliation program, submitting to a mediatory board to resolve any disputes they may have with their customers. They must be interviewed by other Registered Builders, and pass a judgment of good character.
