Joining our Association
Registered Builder Membership
To become a "Registered Builder" member, your primary business must be the construction of new homes and/or the remodeling of existing homes. You must also meet all of the following requirements:
- You must have been in the construction business for a minimum of 1 year.
- You must have built a minimum of 6 homes within a two year period immediately prior to application.
- You must continue your education by enrolling in courses.
- You must be sponsored by two Registered Builders that have personal knowledge your business integrity and construction activity.
- You must have an acceptable credit report.
- You must derive your principal income from construction and/or related real estate activities.
- You must agree to abide by our association's Code of Ethics.
- You must agree to reconciliation in the event of an unresolved complaint from a customer.

Associate Membership
To become an Associate Member, your business must be housing related, but not new home construction or renovation. You must also subscribe to our
Code of Ethics.
